Information collected
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. The quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service required and details about the job. You can also choose to provide photographs of the area to be cleaned.
How it is used
The information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss the work you are asking about and prepare a quote where applicable. Information submitted for an enquiry is not used by this website to create an advertising profile.
Lawful basis for using your information
When you ask for a quotation or discuss a possible cleaning service, we use the information to take steps you request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other general enquiries, our legitimate interest is in answering people who contact the business (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use website enquiry details for automated decisions or advertising profiles.
Website form delivery
Quote and contact forms are relayed to Campbell's Clear & Clean through FormSubmit and delivered to the business Gmail address. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained by its service for up to 30 days. Uploaded files are handled as part of the form delivery and are not available through FormSubmit's submissions archive. Google, as the business email provider, processes the details to deliver and store the resulting enquiry email. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical requests to operate and protect it. Photographs
Property photographs are optional. They are requested only to help show the work being enquired about. Do not include people, documents, vehicle registrations or other unnecessary personal information in a photograph where this can reasonably be avoided.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry emails and any photographs only for as long as they are needed to deal with the request, manage any resulting work and meet applicable legal record-keeping requirements. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a job and whether related business records need to be kept. The website itself does not maintain a separate customer database. FormSubmit states that it keeps submitted form details for 30 days, but not uploaded photographs in its submissions archive.
Your information
You can contact Campbell's Clear & Clean to ask for access to personal information held about you or request correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have a right to data portability.You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.If you are concerned about how your information has been handled, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
